serves 12-15 people
6-8 cucumbers peeled and sliced
1 large sweet onion thinly sliced
3 cups sour cream
2 cups white vinegar
1/2 cup simple syrup (1/2 cup water & 1/2 cup sugar heated until sugar dissolves)
Pinch of Black Pepper
In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, simple syrup and vinegar.
Add pinch of Black Pepper
In a jar or bowl of choice, layer the onion and cucumber, and pour mixture over.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. The longer it sits, the better it gets!
