Serves 8-10 people
INGREDIENTS
3 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup butter chilled and cubed
1.5 cups milk
HOW TO MAKE BISCUITS:
Preheat oven to 450°F
In a food processor, add flour, salt, and baking powder. Pulse 4 times to combine.
Add cubed butter and pulse until mixture is like combined and has a light fluffy texture.
In a mixing bowl, add milk, then mixture.
Stir to just combine, not over mix.
On a greased cookie pan, spoon biscuits in similar size dollops.
Bake for 13-15 min or until golden brown.
